TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. 1. Payments

    Registrants who registered prior to the conference must pay in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and an invoice receipt will be sent. If payment is not made at the time of the registered date, registration will be considered as provisional. Registration and payments made after October 13, 2015 can only pay thru cash or check.

  2. 2. EARLY BIRD RATE

    In order to qualify for an EARLY BIRD RATE, registration and payment must be received on or before June 30, 2015.

  3. 3. SUBSTITUTION & CANCELLATIONS

    Cancellations received in writing made after July 31, 2015, a 50% refund will be given. After August 31, 2015, no refund will be given but substitution is welcome if advised one (1) week before the event. Please take note that payment details apply to both the original and substitute delegate.

  4. 4. ALTERATIONS TO PROGRAM - CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT

    1. 1.   APRCE2015 reserves the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings.

    2. 2.   In the unlikely event of the program being cancelled by the Philippine Retailers Association (PRA), a full refund will be made.

      Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate.

    3. 3.   In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever fortuitous reason, that the conference is being postponed or the dates

      being changed, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate.

    4. 4.   If by re-arrangement or postponement of the event takes place, the registration made by the delegate can be mutually agreed

      upon with the organizer and shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation.

  5. 5. PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

    For promotional purposes, there will be an official photographer and video production taking place during the conference. Delegates are not allowed to video/audio record any ongoing proceedings during the conference. However, copy of the event can be ordered/purchased after the conference.

  6. 6. DATA PROTECTION

    By submitting registration details, delegates agree to allow APRCE2015 and companies associated with the conference to contact them regarding their services. Delegates who do not wish to receive such communications may please email at inquiry@2015aprcemanila.com.ph. The contact details of registered delegates will be placed in the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring companies and to all attendees for them to see who is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. Delegates who do not wish to be included in this list should advise at the time of the registration.

  7. 7. WEBSITE & LINKS

    The conference and associated APRCE2015 website may link to other website and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these website are maintained by their owners, for which APRCE2015 takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for contents of any website linking to this website.

  8. 8. INSURANCE

    It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. APRCE2015 cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
